Cyberpunk 2077 Game Pass: Is it Getting Added?

Cyberpunk 2077 has some rumors of an addition to Microsoft's Game Pass service.

The Xbox Game Pass service has become quite popular with players eager to add more titles to their collection without forking over premium amounts. So, what about Cyberpunk 2077? After all, there are some immensely popular games already included such as Battlefield V, ARK Survival, Destiny 2, and even Goat Simulator.

Unfortunately, no. There are no plans to add Cyberpunk 2077 to any Game Pass subscription services. According to a Twitter statement from Radek Grabowski, CDPR public relations manager, last July, the company had no interest in putting their title on Xbox Game Pass.

"You have to pick another example, Jeff. No Game Pass plans for Cyberpunk 2077," He wrote.

With the sheer magnitude of patches and hotfixes CDPR is planning to put out over the next year, it's unlikely they'll look into revisiting Game Pass—at least, not until all the bugs are ironed out. There may be a possibility that players will see it hit the service in the future, but they shouldn't try to pin a date on that any time soon.

Players can expect the next major patch, Hotfix 1.07, to go live sometime in February.
